Dinner & Wine

I made a yummy dinner tonight - one of my faves. It is easy & so good.

Cheese ravioli with zuccini, red pepper & pesto.





Tried this new Sauv Blanc from the CA Central Region - Good, smooth, not tart and only $7.99

  1. Yum - o. Do you cook the zucchini and stuff in a pan first and add it to the ravioli?
    Do you make your own pesto or buy it premade?

  2. You cook the peppers & zuccini in a pan with EVOO. You cook the ravioli in a pot. Then when the vegs are done, dump the ravioli in. Then dump like 2 TBS of pesto in. I def did no tmake the pesto
