Pasta Maker!

Erik Stewart is embarking on a new cooking adventure....pasta making. He bought a pasta maker and I have to say, it is awesome!!

First, he made the dough in the food processor


You simply put the dough in the pasta machine and turn the crank.

The dough gets flattened and you put it through the machine a few times to make it soft & thin.

The dough is looking good! You can cut it however you want or you can.......

Put on the different attachments like the noodle piece! Erik made noodles for us. THEN, he made home made chicken noodle soup. Amazing!!!!

He also made an awesome Wheat, Honey, Chamomile beer. So delish!
