Today, I am feeling like a fatso. I know I'm not fat but I could sure lose a few pounds. I have a gut and feel like my butt has a layer of fat on it. Nice, I know. I have a 24 hr Fitness membership but I hate going. I hate the gym. I want to swim and go to classes. I want to do a sprint Tri in the spring. I think the Y would be much better. I am going to go down and see if I can get a guest pass and try it out. It is more expensive but if I will actually go, then it is money well spent.

I hate to exercise too. But I always feel better AFTER if I do it.
