Pizza Party

Wednesday was our LAST fundraiser for Team Luna at Patxi's Pizza. We planned this a few weeks ago just in case we need another push to get us to our fundraising goal. Guess what? We made our goal at our picnic!! WOohoo!!! After many long months of training and fundraising, we did it. We raised over $3,500 for cancer together!

Wednesday was still an awesome time and Patxi's is giving us 10% of sales for the ENTIRE DAY. How awesome is that!




My coworkers Bailey, Amy & Diane joined me at Patxi's for dinner and drinks. Erik, Betsy, and Greg came down after work, too! It was a great dinner and fun to get everyone together. Surprisingly for a Tuesday night, Patxi's was pretty busy. We don't have our final total yet but anything we earned at Patxi's was icing on the cake.

We are thrilled to have met our goal. We definitely worked hard together on this and achieved our goal - in both running and fundraising. We are pretty excited for our race - we know the course, know what to expect, and feel ready. Two weeks to go!!
