Because that dumbass put a mailbox, etc address on his biz card, the sheriff could not hand deliver the small claims papers to him. Now, the small claims office says I have to hire a Process server to serve him the papers via mail. For $59. Are you f-ing kidding me? I already paid $30 to file the claims and $30 for this dumbass sheriff to NOT deliver anything!!!

I didn't listen to your voicemail yet, but I saw this post. My suggestion is to dismiss the original claim without prejudice (tell the clerk or file a piece of paper that says I want to dismiss without prejudice). Then, file a new claim that says all the same stuff. Then the clerk will be able to mail it. It will only cost $30 instead of $59, but the court date will be a little later.
