Happy Valentine's Day!

Hope you had a nice Valentine's Day! I made strawberry cupcakes with buttercream frosting for my co-workers yesterday. They were deeeelish. I don't really like cake but I love strawberry cake.

When I got home from work, Erik had flowers for me. :-) He also made us a yuuuummmmy dinner of Teriyaki salmon with asparagus and potatoes. So good!

Erik went to his hockey game for 9pm and Evie & I got on the couch to watch GLEE. Nice Valentine's Day!

Only today and tomorrow left of work and then I am heading East. I cannot wait to see everyone!!
