Lemon Thyme Chicken Crunch

Another yummy dish from the Campbell's Kitchen....Try this one out. It was delish!

Lemon Thyme Chicken Crunch

What You’ll Need
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Healthy Request® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon dried thyme leaves or dried basil leaves, crushed
2/3 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 teaspoon paprika
4 bone-in chicken breast halves, skin removed (about 2 pounds)
Vegetable cooking spray
How to Make It
1Stir the soup, water, lemon juice and thyme in a 2-quart saucepan. Remove 1/2 cup soup mixture and place in a medium bowl.
2Stir the bread crumbs and paprika on a plate. Dip the chicken into the 1/2 cup soup mixture and coat with the bread crumb mixture.
3Place the chicken onto a baking sheet. Spray the chicken with the cooking spray. Bake at 375°F. for 1 hour or until the chicken is cooked through.
4Heat the remaining soup mixture over medium heat until it's heated through and serve with the chicken.
