5 MIles
Tried to run 5 miles yesterday up at Crissy Field. I went down 2.5 and on the way back 2.5 felt horrible. It felt like my legs are full of lead and it was also super windy. It was also like 4pm. I am a mid-morning runner, not later in the day. According to my schedule, I need to be up to 6 miles next week. I gotta get with it. I am going to do another 5 on Tuesday and have to find time to do another 5 this week. What I really need is to run around 8am, and go to work at 10. Hmmmm.
