From the police blotter: "At 8:02 a.m. Tuesday, a man called 911 to report that he had been cheated on prices at Wendy’s fast-food restaurant on Gateway Boulevard. He said the prices on the menu do not match what he paid, and that the employee then gave him an incorrect phone number to call to file a complaint with the corporate office.
