Today is totally crazy as we work towards a deadline of Friday for a project. I am leaving soon to go to the dentist though. Then, I am calling Bingo for the Russian Ladies tonight. Can't wait!
I also dont know what to do about my knee. It doesn't really hurt today. I didn't bike to work though, either. I think that helped.

What part of your knee is hurting? I had bad pain on the side of the back of my knee and it turned out to just be the IT band. It was fixed by wearing new sneakers and one of those black bands under my knee when I run.
Well I think it is a pulled or tight LCL or IT. But it doesnt hurt up the side of my thigh so I didnt think it was IT. I dont know. Yesterday, no pain at all. Today, a little. I think I need new sneakers though for sure.
