On Friday, we had our work Holiday Party which was a cooking class! The class was with local chef, Emily Dellas. She runs public and private cooking classes out of her home and has a company called First Class Cooking.
We made a delicious meal of Crab Endive Spears, Spinach/Cheese stuffed chicken, and pasta with a spicy tomato sauce.
After cooking, a few of us went out for a drink. It was a great way to end the fun holiday party!
