Milford

One day while I was home, my Dad and I took his dog for a walk down the beach. It was so pretty down there. 

 There is also a new boardwalk that was built that runs the length of the beach. It was pretty crowded with people taking a stroll.

 I brought my sneakers so I could go for a run (besides the Trot) and ran down the boardwalk one day. I was down there as the sun was going down & it was so nice!

 Running here was so peaceful. Quiet, great weather, no sirens, no stop lights every 100 ft. One night, I just kept running and ended up doing 5 miles because it was that nice out!

Definitely love the beach & it's nice to come back to a pretty place!
