1. It's September which means all things apple & pumpkin. To celebrate, I added canned pumpkin to our smoothies in the AM. Yummmm!
2. We are enjoying the apples we picked this weekend! So sweet!
3. Coconut Oil is amazing. We've been adding it to our smoothies and it's so good. A healthy fat! Check this out from Dr. Oz. Coconut oil can also positively affect our hormones for thyroid and blood-sugar control. People who take coconut oil also tend to have improvements in how they handle blood sugar since coconut can help improve insulin use within the body. Coconut oil can boost thyroid function helping to increase metabolism, energy and endurance. It increases digestion and helps to absorb fat-soluble vitamins.

Our Safeway only carries the Garlic/Herb/Wine and Mesquite so we've only tried those two. Love both of them and they are only $1.50 per packet!!
5. Maintenance NOT Required
Our Maintenance Required light came on in the car and we put off calling a local Auto Garage to bring it in. I called this garage today with 5 stars on Yelp for being honest. The guy was SO nice and told me not to worry about it and that it comes on every certain number of miles. He also gave me an AWESOME price on brakes.
